Worst customer service when it comes to something you've already purchased! They want $300 minimum charge to come look at something when I've already figured out and told them what the problem is. I purchased two pellet stoves from them at the same time and they want to charge me $300 min. To fix one that won't light from the start! I will never buy from them again. If you want to buy from them please make sure it works properly before you do because if it doesn't you'll be paying at least $300 just for them to come look at ... read more
I am extremely disappointed in the Customer Service or actually lack there of from this company. If you call you are shuffled from one person to the other, you can feel the person attempting to listen is aggravated at any questions you may have. They took a message for the technician to return the call they did not call me back AT ALL. The service fee to make a visit is also ridiculous !!!!

We ordered an Avalon wood fireplace insert and it was installed back in August, 2014. As of today, Dec. 30, 2014 it is still not operational. I would NOT recommend buying from this business. I have never seen anything like this. They have been out at least 6 times to try and fix this unit. I don't know how many more times they will come before they consider this unit a lemon or before we get fed up and return this unit all together.
