The guys arrived when scheduled. They were very professional yet friendly. They should respect for my home and took care to protect against dirt from the cleaning. Work was done quickly and I was informed about any issues. Definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Eric Perkins did an outstanding job with the initial installation of the gas line in preparation for the installation of my gas fireplace insert. He was onsite within 5 minutes of me receiving the notification that he was enroute. He thoroughly explain the entire process both before and after the installation of the gas line. I would definitely recommend Eric Perkins as a technician and Tri County Health and Patio Center for your fireplace or grilling needs.
Glen helped us through the entire process of picking out a fireplace, getting it delivered and installed even through all the COVID delays. It looks great, install went great, we’re extremely satisfied .
Update as of 3/19 Mr. Joshua Kelly issued a full refund and apologized for the miscommunication. He has salvaged the years long relationship which my father wants to continue. It was a big misunderstanding but what matters is making good and taking care of your customers and he did!
We purchased a wood stove with Tri County Hearth last year, and we have unfortunately ended up with a very expensive product that does not fit our needs. We consistently mentioned to sales staff the size of our home and our heating needs and were concerned that this stove they recommended would be too small for our home - and we were told that ordering a stove with larger heat output would take months (what is on display in the store they don't necessarily have in stock.) Don’t waste ur time making the trip! Not open during business hours that were posted.
I tried to get them to come out and give me a quote to install an insert, install 2 chimney liners, and install a Chimney Cap on a brand new house. They tried to charge me $200 to come out and GIVE ME A QUOTE! I've never charged nor been charged to quote work??? Obviously they're not going to do any work for me.
