DICKIE wonderful salesman...sold me on the new AI hearing aides. They seem to be as good as he said. No wait time got right in, very professional.
I've been to numerous hearing centers, since my ability to hear started to decline, & felt that the only interest they had were to sell me expensive hearing aids which really didn't help me hear clearly, but not with Tri County. I was hesitant at first but I'm very satisfied that I went to my appointment. I truly feel that Tri County had a genuine concern for my hearing loss verses selling me hearing aids. Technician was very knowledgeable, considerate & respectful in helping me to regain my hearing.
Very attentive and listened to what I was asking and answered all questions. Took time to address every thing I was asking. I do recommend.
Eric was very pleasant, understanding and thorough during the testing and fitting process. He understood my concerns regarding the type of Hearing Aid I wanted and explained the process of calibrating the hearing aids once received. I am very well pleased, and thrilled with my new hearing aids! HAPPY NEW EARS!
