I've been to numerous hearing centers, since my ability to hear started to decline, & felt that the only interest they had were to sell me expensive hearing aids which really didn't help me hear clearly, but not with Tri County. I was hesitant at first but I'm very satisfied that I went to my appointment. I truly feel that Tri County had a genuine concern for my hearing loss verses selling me hearing aids. Technician was very knowledgeable, considerate & respectful in helping me to regain my hearing.
Very attentive and listened to what I was asking and answered all questions. Took time to address every thing I was asking. I do recommend.
Eric was very pleasant, understanding and thorough during the testing and fitting process. He understood my concerns regarding the type of Hearing Aid I wanted and explained the process of calibrating the hearing aids once received. I am very well pleased, and thrilled with my new hearing aids! HAPPY NEW EARS!
I am a new customer as well as new to hearing aids, had not had a professional check my hearing since I was a child and I have to rave about Tri-County Hearing Services and how I was treated. I received courteous, informative care and it was my pleasure to do business with all the kind folks at that office. I am very happy so far and would definitely recommend them.
in October I tried a trial of the phonak p90 at the Santa Barbara office. The hearing aids were great, but I had trouble charging while on a cruise. Tricounty Hearing Services was very professional and I thank them for the service.
