Been calling for three days in a row from 7:30 to 8:30 no answer says closed or in a meeting and no one can answer my call. Some of us need this help but unfortunately can’t even get a hold of the office. It says calls are taken at 7:30 to 5:00 pm but h haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone🤔

Typically they are helpful. This last time I talked to someone which was today she was super rude. Cutting me off. Assuming she knows what I’m going to ask. They aren’t helpful at all. Going on a month of no help because it’s impossible to get an appointment and they don’t seem to truly care. Then they say calls start at 8am I’m calling right on the dot and get a message they are closed. If you wait a minute you won’t get an appointment it’s crazy. Will someone please tell me how to set up a appointment with you guys because one minute I’m told “we start talking appointment for next day at 730am” but then I call and call and call and no one answers and says the office is closed! But when I call at 8am they say “ oh we are all full because we started at 730am! “ I have been trying to reach you guys to set up appointments but you see my issue hopefully.
