I expected my power to be out for days but it was back on in 12 hours. Anytime we have a storm, it is restored within a reasonable time.

After 76 hours with no power due to Irma, thanks to the hard working crews with Tri-Co, I have my power restored!! These people have worked tirelessly, away from their families, and for very little thanks. You guys have one of the scariest jobs I can think of, especially considering the amount of hours you have to put in with no breaks and working in all conditions dark, rain, ice or snow.
