Thank you for the feedback. We checked your outage history for the past six months and only found two outages, June 25 and 27, both due to severe thunderstorms that caused hundreds of outages. The outage on the 27th was caused by a fallen tree due to high winds and had your power out a little more than 4 hours. We regret anyone ever experiencing a power outage.
