I hate Tri county tune power off with no notice .poor customer service . Older person in her home no power no since in this .I don't appreciate it at all .it was my mother .

Ms. Coulter, it's impossible to know why the account was disconnected since we don't have any account information (and please don't post it here), but accounts disconnected for non-payment receive both a mailed late notice and a courtesy phone call.
