Came home yesterday on one of the coldest days EVER to find our power was out. Called and spoke with the dispatcher who was kind and compassionate and assured me he would get someone right out. Had someone here within about 45 minutes and had power back about an hour after that. The guys were professional, polite, and courteous. Awesome experience and thankful to deal with these particular folks. Thank you Tri County!!
