I have been without power for 48hrs now and on top of that I have 6yrs old that have asthma and I'm 7months pregnant. And I keep calling but no would tell me anything this is ridiculous I'm very disappointed with Tri County.
I would like to thank all the dedicated employees at TCEC who worked tirelessly through the aftermath of Hermine. We were without power for only about sixteen hours and we lost no food in any of our three freezers!! You guys ROCK!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Thanks to all the people at TCEC for all the hard work and the long hours. And thanks to their families who often do without them for long periods. Be safe and my prayers are with you.
Way better than Duke energy ..unfortunately they are who I have..freaking joke takes 6 hours to turn lights on a simple transformer
