The entire staff was very respectful. In the time of sorrow and grief they made it just a bit easier.

Very caring and compassionate. Trisha is the only director there so you know who you are dealing with every step of the way. She was very thorough and kept me informed through out everything. This may be a low cost place, but I felt that I got top dollar treatment! I highly recommend!

My mother died after a very short illness. Her remains were brought to Tricounty for cremation. My first complaint is that a so called courtesy phone was made to tell me that they had started her cremation. A grieving family does not need such a call to tell them they have stuck your mother in the oven. Second complaint is when my brothers and I picked up our urns moms ashes were loose inside not bagged and there was part of moms ashes on the outside of the containers. When my grandmother passed away, we came to Tri-County Cremation Center because we had used their services in the past when my grandfather died. They did their research knew this even though it had been 22 years since his death. Jason was very courteous and personable. He made everyone feel at ease, and did not push any extra services or more expensive options on our family. He replied to phone calls and emails quickly and in a professional manner.
