To Dr Talia Karmo, Mac, Solene, and Dr Alice Moon who was my physician's assistant for 8 years, you all were great and I loved working with you for my mental health needs. I would advise others to attend Tri-County counseling to get good quality care from them because that is what they provided me. They were always concerned about me and had my best interest at heart for me to get the best for my mental health and my well-being as a person. Thank you guys for all that you did.

I went here in 2022 and had a very smart therapist who I was seeing when I went here. I lost her information so I contacted my insurance to get her name and it wasn’t listed anywhere on there so I decided to pay for copies of my records at the office and every piece of paperwork signature was scribbles basically unlegible. When I called up there to get the information they acted suspicious towards me and would not give me the information that I asked for. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. I will be asked a question about my life, or what i have going on that I want to talk about and the therapist Betty lets me soeak for about 2 minutes then proceeds to talk on and on and on AND ON AND ON about herself and everyone she knows. Then we get to the psychiatrist Dudley. Listens all of 15 minutes about what is going on with me, prescribes me a medication for antidepression and tells me to stop cold turkey a medication I have been on for 6 months that is a medicatio... read more
