Disappointed in the billing practices of this office. After my 1st appt, I talked to the staff about what my insurance will cover. I made it clear that I did not want to have to pay out of pocket. They told me my insurance would pay for 14 visits 100%. Great! I was still a little cautious and they told me to call my insurance if I wanted to be sure.
