First of all I have to say that I don’t usually post any reviews online but I feel like I have to do it now. The reason is that I felt deceived by my inspector Juan Manuel Maderal. He charged me $325 for a 4-point inspection plus $50 extra for a wind mitigation that was not performed. When I tried to insure the property they explained to me that I was charged for a service that was not performed and that they couldn’t give me any discounts if the wind mitigation was not performed.
