If your thinking about opening an account here don't. This the worst credit union, they have the worst customer service. They give you checks with the wrong account number on it. And Who ever Steph is she has no customer service skills what so ever. She hangs up in customers on the phone.

This by far the worst credit union I've been a member at. If in Pottstown go down the street to Diamond. If your in pennsburg it's worth the drive to Diamond in Pottstown or American Heritage in Quakertown.

RecommendedThe best credit union and best place to do your banking! I've been a member since 1986 and became an employee less than 10 years later in 1995! It's a GREAT place to work! Hard to believe that it's been 20 years This week!
