If you’ve never banked here and are considering it, run in the other direction. Due to their inability to keep systems functioning or recover them in a timely fashion I have been without access to my accounts for 4 days minus limited functionality that existed for about 12 hours and is now gone again. RecommendedI never had a problem with banking here everyone is very courteous and never been charged any fees I didn’t deserve.been with them for a few years now and will continue doing my business with them!!!
Return to being the Credit Union (Firestone) you once were. Your support for long term members has decreased and charging fees for your services has increased. You are no longer a "Union" for the members. ☹️
My husband and I were finally able to close our accounts today after what has been 3 years of hell at tri county. This bank will do anything to charge its users fees. I have been charged several overdraft fees despite my direct deposit showing as available prior to my purchase. Tri county’s ATM is constantly down/not accepting deposits, which is a problem when I have to deposit cash. Their policy states that $200 cash is available instantly from cash deposits through the ATM, and sometimes I depended on that for certain bill... read more
I’ve been a member since the Pennsburg branch opened. I use that location out of convenience. Everyone is always a pleasure, quick and helpful.
TCA FCU has been a lifesaver as I dealt with so much life chaos. they were able to get me a car loan with better rates than the dealer! Credit card with great terms! and are always such a pleasure and so knowledgeable!
this is the worst bank we have ever worked with. our entire family is closing out our accounts. they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. they take money from accounts with the same last name that are not linked together so beware if you have other family with the same name as you they will use your money to pay their bills. They say they contact you by mail but do no such thing. Also beware if they decide you don’t use your account enough you get fined for that.
