I would bank anywhere else if I were you. I had been banking here since I was 16 and they have the worst customer service. They say they call and send statements but I have never received one from them. If I call there is a lady who is super rude and could care less about what you say. I had a problem with my account and they charged me and did not contact me once about it. The worlds worst bank. They charge fees that no other credit unions dont. They charge you to use arm if you don’t take out so much. Checks take forever to clear. And Steph hangs up on customers and has no customer service skills.

I went in this morning to open a new account and The blonde woman in the middle had a major attitude. You don’t want my business that’s fine I will take it elsewhere. I do not recommend this place

All the way back over 50 years ago when they were the Firestone Credit Union they have been a caring, professional banking institution. Never felt insure about dealing with them.
The experience with this credit union has been wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to help out. The employees are congenial, hard working, and professional. There's no sales pressure. They fund charities and important community events. What more could I ask for? Highly recommended!
Wow, some of these comments are borderline rude. I love banking at TCAFCU. I like that some of the people know me by name. Have never had any issues with any of the staff. Generally everyone is kind and respectful. I've had my account since 2001. Have had a used car loan, and a personal loan with them. No problems or issues there. Their interest rates are very reasonable. They even helped us purchase our home in 2005. Thank you!!!
The staff is so welcoming and I love how they give back to local charities.
