I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy? They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

I give this facility a FIVE star rating. Have been going here ever since Mark Ratliff started his practice over on Hwy. 581, over 20 years ago. They always take time to answer your questions, and are very caring to the animals. Always discuss options available for a condition. Compared to other Vet hospitals, they are VERY reasonable in price for services. Had laser surgery done for my female Shepherd, and she healed up in DAYS!! Highly recommend that!! And they support the local Animal Shelter with spay and neuter programs.... read more

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated. Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
