I have been a client of Tri-county Animal clinic in Louisa, Ky for 20 years or more......Mark Ratliff has always treated us with the up most respect and honesty.....and wouldn't consider changing vets.....

They were average Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Possibly Did the waiting room smell clean? Mostly Was this provider thorough in discussing the risks and benefits of your treatment options? Definitely

Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? No, I have complete faith in their care. Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
