I’ve called these folks for help on two different occasions to work on my AC and both times they had a technician at our place in less than 20 min and the repair was finished in less than 30 min. Today’s repair only took him about 10 minutes. The technician we’ve had both times is Holden and he’s professional, efficient and friendly. I’ll be calling them next time I need AC or heating repair.
Our AC stopped working Saturday night. I called multiple places on Sunday morning that were supposed to have 24 by 7 services and none could get us in until ‘Monday. I then called Tri-county AC and Holden answered on the first ring. He was at our house in 20 mins and had it fixed with 15 mins. He was professional and friendly and prompted us to check our well as ants caused the issue in the AC and sure enough they were in the well pump too.
