Consistently exceptional service. I’ve used them for regular maintenance since I moved here in 2011. And just had them replace my whole house system - they did an excellent job following up to make sure everything was done correctly.
I have been a customer of this great company for over a decade and they are always dependable, reasonable and friendly! I came home from being away for a weekend to a house that was HOT!. I called Tri County A/C. Monique sent Kendall over to diagnose the problem, he fixed it and had me back with cool air in less than an hour. From the time I called. On a Friday afternoon. Outstanding service. It wouldn't let me add a new review. So I am editing a previous one. I had this week my entire HVAC replaced with new technology. They got in and had it installed but a valve was causing the outside unit to cycle off immediately after coming on. So a window unit was placed in the living room and it finally did bring the temperature down. The next day they came with the new valve and it was installed and you could tell immediately the change. Tri-County has serviced my AC equipment for the past 15 years or so. They have done an outstanding job. Tech arrives on time and service is completed timely. Finally, after a total of 26 years, the units finally gave out and needed to be replaced. Tri-County was very helpful in explaining my options for the replacement equipment. They were very competitive with the replacement cost. After we decided on the replacement units, they were installed in four days.
