The only issue I had was arrival time. I received an email and text at 12:31 that the tech was ‘on route to my house’. I held off on a few things waiting for him. Then at 1:10 I received a phone call from him that he was on his way and would be arriving in approx 45 min. That was an hour and a half that I was on hold with my normal activities waiting. Otherwise he did a good jobs.

Keith (I hope I’m remembering the tech’s name correctly) was incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. He came out to check our HVAC system, took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing, and made sure we understood how everything works. He showed us exactly how to replace the filter, explained how often it should be changed, and even walked us through what to look out for in the future to keep the system running well.
