Very impressed! Took my daughter's car in for transmission work, expecting that it could be a major expense. Turns out it was just corroded shift linkage - one hour of labour to clean it and lube. A shop with less integrity could've sold us a new shift module for $1000. Thank you Rich and team. Will certainly use you again!
I had my 2015 Mazda 3 clutch fixed by Tri-City one of the most honest and reliable shop that I’ve ever dealt with now I know why it took me a little time to get my car into them due to the amazing work they do if anybody needs a reliable shop for transmission repairs or clutch repairs This is a place to take it to.
Awesome shop to go to. They're honest, trustworthy and get shit done with a world class attitude. I would refer anyone here for any vehicle related issues. I appreciate their honesty and making sure I understand what's going on with my vehicles and recommend the best way to go about things.
Had an unknown rear end problem which was accurately diagnosed by this shop. Price to fix it was less than forecast and the owner even checked and changed air filter and another minor repair without being asked. Extremely honest and straightforward. I will not go anywhere else in the future. You will be very happy you chose this place.
