The place to go when you need to get rid of stuff. They take all types of metals and other items. You drive, get weighed. They tell you where to off load your items and then weigh you again. Then you park and go in the office and they pay you for your metal.
I went to Tri-City recycling for the first time and had a very positive experience. I returned some copper piping that I no longer needed. Service was great and they gave me a fair price.
If I could now give ZERO stars I would, Me and my husband were trying to scrap a old lawnmower, & my husband knows it goes in short steel, the guy who works on the scale said that it was tin, “um excuse me TIN wouldn’t hurt your back when your lifting it, my husband knows what he is talking about, he has worked for a scrapyard before, word of warning don’t go here they will nickel & dime you, & give you TIN prices for your ACTUAL METAL…. We are going to Weitsman’s in Albany…
