I was there on Wednesday, June 4th to get my first oil change on my 2018 Honda Civic and the technician did not properly install the undercarriage shield back on my car. It began dragging the interstate immediately after I left. I called and spoke to them and they accepted responsibility stating sometimes we do not get it back on properly and told me to bring it back.
