I was unknowingly terminated from his care he sent me a letter with no explanation as to why he terminated our relationship!! He has not responded to any of my calls my texts my letters !!! The pharmacy wants his approval on two of the antidepressants he has had me on for 7 years he has.not responded to their requests!!!! Whayis my next move ???
