Very pleased with the service provided by TriCity plumbing. Mike did a good job of replacing a sink tap set and a toilet wax seal. He paid attention to details, took his time to clean the surfaces before installing new fixtures, then aligning the taps. The toilet was tightened down solid then added a bead of silicone to help secure it. Their prices were reasonable. I would use their services again if needed..

I was pleased to work with Tri City Plumbing for the first time this week. What I thought was a small problem ended up being more complex. John provided excellent service with attention to detail to resolve the problems. He clearly explained everything that he was doing and what he was recommending. Communication with office administration was also smoothe and professional. I will be working with Tri City Plumbing for future projects.

As a licensed plumber, I do the odd favour for the old customers of my former employer who retired. After rebuilding a kitchen sink drain and attempting to clear a clog down the line, I didn't have the equipment to go far enough into the drain. I was recommended to call Tri City Plumbing. They showed up during the window they scheduled, snaked the drain with a larger, longer snake and cleared the drain pipe. They did a great job cleaning up and were prompt with the service.
