The staff here is incredible and the service is even better.
Wonderful team at Tri City Plumbing! The office staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to the office manager, Theresa, and the hardworking apprentice plumber, Nathan! Keep up the great work!
We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and speedy service given by Tri City Plumbing. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Nick, who is an outstanding business man. The office staff were extremely friendly and the plumber did an amazing job. 5 stars all around for Tri City. They came in under budget and on time. We will definitely be recommending this company and have now found our preferred plumbers. - Installed. Backflow Device -
Timely service was good.
I had an issue with my billing and wasn't impressed. I actually said to a friend that there's no customer service anywhere these days. To my great surprise I was contacted by TriCity Plumbing wanting to know why I was dissatisfied. By the end of the conversation my issue was resolved. I can't articulate how happy I felt that someone in a company genuinely cared about my concerns. Thanks TriCity
