Excellent job organization and team performance
I am updating my review to reflect that after several back and forth communications, Tricity did acknowledge the staining job was not satisfactory and sent a new painter to my home to resand and restain. I am much happier with the completed project. It looks significantly better! Communication was improved as well. In addition they discounted me a small portion of my final bill. In response to your response below: While that is unfortunate regarding your staff issue, saying the primary issue was scheduling is untrue as there were several other issues. Also, you took time to respond here to the google review but no one has followed up with me regarding my concerns with the quality of the staining of my staircase. I rarely write reviews but felt it was important to share this. Aside from the fact that the painters did a decent job painting (ceiling and cutting in), nothing else about my experience was satisfactory. My project was delayed by more than 2 weeks impacting my contractors finishing their work. Communication with the company was beyond poor; I had to confirm my own start date and time as there was zero communication aside from letting me know they weren't coming, and no one responded to emails confirming my paint choice or s... read more
