Excellent job organization and team performance
I am updating my review to reflect that after several back and forth communications, Tricity did acknowledge the staining job was not satisfactory and sent a new painter to my home to resand and restain. I am much happier with the completed project. It looks significantly better! Communication was improved as well. In addition they discounted me a small portion of my final bill. In response to your response below: While that is unfortunate regarding your staff issue, saying the primary issue was scheduling is untrue as there were several other issues. Also, you took time to respond here to the google review but no one has followed up with me regarding my concerns with the quality of the staining of my staircase.
