Needed a generator after Helene. They sold me a generator at their normal price, which was good, but they had it ready to run - full of oil and gas. What great service!!!
Posting this today in the wake of hurricane Helene. While being without power, water, cell service anything, we passed by tri city this morning on a Sunday knowing they would be closed. We saw the gate was open so we pulled in. The owner was there and we told him we were looking for a generator. Everyone in a 200 mile radius being sold out. He said he was getting a few transferred from a colleagues buisiness later that day. He took my name, called back and long story short, got us 1 or 7 generators he received. Rented an excavator for two days and returned it on end of first day and they didn’t even refund me for second day in. Only had 11 hours not 16. Got the machine at 2280.3 hours and returned it at 2291.9
Rented an excavator for 2 days did not use the 2nd day and they refused to reimburse for the 2nd day. I have rented equipment for years and I have never had this issue. If you rent from them be mindful if you don’t use the whole time rented it for you won’t get any money back. The woman in the rental department was rude when I asked her same. They obviously don’t care about returning customers or doing what is right.
