Was in the market for a new zero turn but was having trouble finding a place open on my day off. I called various places in my area but was unhappy with pricing and availability. Being an hour away, I had first called Tri City Outdoor Power to inquire about what they had in stock. They didn't answer when I called but to my surprise they called me right back. Needed a generator after Helene. They sold me a generator at their normal price, which was good, but they had it ready to run - full of oil and gas. What great service!!!
Posting this today in the wake of hurricane Helene. While being without power, water, cell service anything, we passed by tri city this morning on a Sunday knowing they would be closed. We saw the gate was open so we pulled in. The owner was there and we told him we were looking for a generator. Everyone in a 200 mile radius being sold out. He said he was getting a few transferred from a colleagues buisiness later that day. He took my name, called back and long story short, got us 1 or 7 generators he received.
