First time there and all their employees were very nice and attentive to help us. They were very knowledgeable.
BEWARE! Buy the warranty! We bought seven trees 11 months ago. I had noticed in the fall that one didn't look so good, but I thought I would wait till the spring and see how it did. Well it's dead. My wife called and was told there is NO exchange for a dead tree that is less than a year old. $94.00 down the drain! J&J, Lowes and Home Depot will exchange a dead tree that is less than a year old by the way. I'll give you one guess where I'm inclined to buy the replacement tree.
