RecommendedSince I am the GM of Tri City, this is not unbiased, but it really is a great place to be. I hear so many customers state that they never knew about us, or some who thought we only sell to contractors. The fact is we have a beautiful retail area and invite everyone to come in and see what we have.
I've always had pleasant experiences with people helping me choose plants for my home and garden, but yesterday I was confused and frustrated when 8-oz bags of Diehard Transplant that were FOUR years out of date were being sold at the check out register. The product manufacturer says that the mycorrhizal fungi has been dead over three years in these bags. What gives? Buyer beware. The expensive treatment 'insurance' is a set up. Other nurseries stand behind their products just the way they are sold. Something is fishy here. ... read more
