It's. Very quiet. Noone really causes trouble. But thehomes are older. Don't purchase unless you have back up funds for repairs. Other then that. Nice place . Friendly. We've lived here 18 mths
So I live in Tri-City mobile home park I’ve tried to get a hold of Stephanie the manager of the park in order to pay my trailer off so that I can move on with my life. I have sent her text after text text. I owe $17,000 on this trailer I have the money to pay it off and you have my name put on the deed and she will not contact me whatsoever.
