Quite place to live friendly people in the community and a very understanding and nice landlord. This is going on our second year living here and it’s been pretty good.
We’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and honestly, we haven’t had many complaints. The community itself is nice, and the people who live here are great. Recently, though, the water billing and water policy changed. Last month, our bill increased by about $30. It was explained to me, and while I wasn’t happy about it, I accepted the explanation.
