I was overwhelmed with the polite and professional demeanor of every single individual at TRI CITY ER.
My Mother had a triple bypass here. Her Doctor was wonderful. Jeff the valet is a God send. Jennifer in the cardic care office was fantastic. As for the nurses in ICU and Accute care, you better watch your family like a hawk. Out of the ten that took care of her in ICU three were good. Ron the traveling nurse was the best. Took a full day to move my mom out of ICU to acute care. One time when I visited her in ICU she was laying on her call button! It was under her back.
