Waited 9 hours to be seen at ER, worst experience ever. The worst.
Thank you to all the nurses who assisted me yesterday in the birth of my new baby boy, so far ive had nothing but positive feedback. Ive had really great nurses taking care of me and my baby boy. �
Alittle concern about the cleanliness of the waiting room especially since my grandson was bleeding all over the seats waiting and when we brought that to the attention of staff they seemed unconcerned and handed us a dry paper towel. Yuk. What else were we sitting in. Should be a separate waiting area for injured away from the sick.
Best doctors and nurses ever hands down !!!!! Thank you guys soo.muchh !!!This was the best medical attention I have ever had, professional and personable medical attention. I was treated like a person not like a patient who needed to get in and get out. Everyone talked to me and made sure I had all the information I needed from the receptionist, to the surgeon. I highly recommend health care from this facility more than any other place in the area.
I was there for 11 hours. It took the 5 to even get me my pain relief meds. Then I was told ok, we will check you out in the next 10 minutes. An extra hour. I definitely don't want to go ever go back. And on top of everything I was cold. And you refused to give me a warm blanket. Your system is horrible.
