Tech was great, called before like they said he would, didn't upsell or anything sketchy and my AC is back to proper working order. Billing took a couple of days which was *kinda* annoying but the price was fair and what I expected.
We have used Tri City heating and cooling multiple times now their service is unmatched and staff are super knowledgeable. The are quick to respond and leave a tidy space when finished 10/10!
The person booking the appointment Catalina was friendly, honoured a better price found online for the ac maintenance and was quick to provide me flexible dates and times. The technician arrived promptly, explained what he was doing step by step and did a great job for the price.
Fantastic service! I asked for a quote - on Canada Day - for a replacement AC, and less than 10 mins later they replied with the quote. Zero sales pressure tactics! Although I had the option to call and speak to someone, all communication was via email and txt - making the whole modernized process a breeze! The techs came to my home on time and were very friendly, even taking the time to explain some of the parts they were installing.
