Tri City Heating exceeded our expectations. We had a furnace issue after hours, and their representative went out of their way to assist us and quickly resolve the problem. Outstanding service and knowledge. Highly recommend!

If you’re in a panic right now and looking for help, save your time searching and press the call button for here! They’ll help! From the first phone calls where the ladies in the office kindly talked me through the puddle forming in my basement to Jordan and Sam working all day to get our hot water flowing, I cannot say enough positive things! To top it off, my hubby wasn’t home and I was able to handle everything on my own and learn more about maintaining our new home. If I could give six stars I would! So grateful! :)

I called yesterday about a failing boiler. Tri City was out and determined we needed a new one. This morning Kevin and Jordan were out, removed the old and installed the new in less than an hour. They were fast, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. Tri City provided great customer service as always.

Tri City has been extremely helpful and honest contractors that we enjoy working with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to address any issues. Prices are reasonable and all our questions are always responded to in a timely manner.

We were so pleased with the service of Tri City Heating and Cooling! We've recently done a main floor reno, and needed some finishing touches. Everyone we dealt with was professional, efficient, and skilled. Ketely and Sam worked hard to complete the project. Jaunita in the office was helpful and let us know exactly when they would be arriving. I highly recommend this company!
