Jordan at tri city hvac rescued us at our property in Waterloo this winter in -10 conditions after our boiler went out. He exhausted all possible fixes until having to order new parts. He was keeping the budget in mind while other companies just want to sell you something new. He kept in constant communication and was always available to answer questions. You never had the feeling you were gonna get ghosted like you do with many independent techs these days. I would recommend tri city to anyone looking for honest work.

Tri City is very professional and courteous. Communication from both the tech and Theresa in the office was excellent and they kept us updated in the entire process. I would highly recommend their service if you need any hvac needs!

Tri City did an excellent job on my HVAC system. They were on time, professional, and at a reasonable fee. Definitely something to consider for your home.
