I cannot say enough good things about Tri-City Glass and Mirror. After getting a quote from a big box retail store, they told us we would have to pay $7,500 for a new sliding door and screen door. We were shocked. Thank goodness we called Tri-City. Not only was the customer service exceptional from Linda and Lorie at the front desk, but the installers were amazing. Customer service is horrible. They scheduled an appointment for me in the am no one showed up , no one called I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Waste of time & money. When I called The lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept asking me why something needed to be fixed when I have a warranty and then making horrible accusations. Weather is weather we can’t do much about the outside. Then when I have a scheduled appointment they argue about the scheduling.
Very nice experience from the receptionist to the installers. I highly recommend them.
Excellent shop for all your glass needs! Fast, friendly, and did a really nice job on my front window. Not to mention reasonably priced as well!
We are satisfied customers. We ordered a sliding glass doggy door. Everyone was nice from estimate to installation. Excellent customer service.
