After 2 other towing companies were unable to get our car started and out of our garage (didn't have the right equipment, couldn't boost the battery), Tri City showed up. Sam had the car started and ready to go on our driveway within minutes. He then followed me to our dealership to make sure I got there safely and even offered to take me back home. My car broke down on the weekend and I was looking for a mechanic to get my car repaired but was unsuccessful to get a hold of anyone around KWC. Called in short notice and asked if they had time that day for me to come in and get a quote. They assured me yes, and gave me the go ahead to come by. This place is out of the way and takes a while to get to. When I got there, I had to jump through a few hoops to park the car exactly as they asked behind the building, when they could have just looked at it 5 steps by the front door. I obliged.
