My heart team decided I needed an ablation for my aFib. If I could, I would give the whole experience all the stars in the heavens! This clinic is one of the offices our cardiologist keeps hours at. On Google Maps it's located on the end of the Bellagio Executive Plaza, and not visible from the street. This is a satellite office and claims to be paperless. That's just paperless for patients. When we were unable to do our new patient paperwork online, they said they could make an exception to do it verbally. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She(sat to left with glasses as you walk up to the counter) was not friendly, and her communication came across as condescending. I felt as though I was being spoken to like a child rather than being treated with respect as an adult. Professionalism and kindness go a long way, and I hope future patients have a better experience. Not everybody lacks common sense
A giant company without many good competitors and too many patents. The experience is this impersonal feeling while waiting in line for basic care. They constantly reschedule on me, aren’t available for questions over the phone, and don’t have good answers. Appointments feel like 7-10 minutes with a doctor who is seeing three people at once. Patients with rare life threatening conditions are lucky to speak with an assistant once a year.
Clean offices and waiting room. Friendly and caring staff.
