very friendly service, with a very knowledgeable staff. My cat loves going there, never gets nervous even when they take her to the back without me to trim her nails. I highly recommend them, and I've had cats for 30+ years.
I love doctor Grosman and the receptionist Kim there great all around people and do there jobs well. Docs always right on about everything and having English bulldogs with all there weird medical problems thats hard to always just pinpoint what's wrong on the first try . Love em

Great doctors, awesome people. They really love animals, I've been taking my dogs here since they were puppies, I tried other place (so called specialist) but they just cared about money... Spent over $5000 trying to save my French bulldog in an animal hospital in carpentersville and they still wanted me to keep spending more... I spoke with the doctors at the tri city animal hospital (they knew my dog better than the specialist) they had taken care of my dog since he was 7weeks old, and at age 11 they told me the truth... The folks at Tri-City have been taking care of my pets for almost 15 years. They've always been kind to all of my quirky bunch. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more trustworthy group of folks to care for your animals. I highly recommend them.... More importantly, so does my pup, Cider.
This vet office has always been great to my baby Bane. :) Everyone has always been very kind, professional and honest.
