First time at Tri-City. It was a good experience for us. Andi (our 7+ year old pup) had a bleeding cyst. The office staff and doctor were great. Took her in quickly, handled the treatment competently and the actual cost was less than the quote. Plus I got a senior discount, which always makes me feel good about getting old. But seriously the doctor and staff did an excellent job. I just took my dog � Chance and he was injured and had to have surgery. They took great care of him and they didn't let me wait they did an amazing Job. Now he is recuperating at home Praying that he continues ok. � Thank you Try City Vet
Horrible place to board your pets. Medicine is sure to be forgotten. Never taking my dogs back there again. Find a new hospital guys.
My family has been taking all our pets to Tri-City Animal Hospital for decades! From boarding, check-ups, surgeries, and even helping them over the Rainbow Bridge, we would only trust our beloved fur animals in their care. Dr. Bone and Dr. Groth mainly have treated our animals, but all of the staff show genuine care and compassion. �
I've been a customer there for 36 years. Never again. They gave me an estimate to have a cyst removed and teeth cleaning for my 12 year old dog. When I made an appointment, I told them that I did not want the teeth cleaning. On the day I took Ellie in for her surgery, they called me to say that it would cost $100 more to NOT have the teeth cleaning than it would to do both. Why? Because it was a package. Subtract a procedure and add $100. Nonsense Notice the dates on the other reviews.!
I just started coming to this vet this year and they are so nice to my dog. Their prices are quite reasonable compared to the other vets Ive called as well . I will continue to visit them
My husband and I took our cat to Tri-City Animal Hospital this week because she was sick. We were able to get a same-day appointment and didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes once we got there! Mylene (sp) listened as we explained our cat's symptoms all the while petting and soothing our cat who was extremely anxious and scared.
