Doctor is very kind and patient. Explains treatment plan and answers all my questions. Staff helpful.
Great doctor. Help me out with out Surgery. Unfortunately your billing department is a joke. You next find a new one. I tired of arguing with stupid people . This has been going on for 5 months. I was finally able to take to a real person what little good it did. Could not understand half the stuff she said. The only thing I got out of it is Her saying her and her team need to review. Dr. McKay and his staff are professional and personal. They listen and are knowledgeable. Also, they are so dedicated that one staff member insisted on working to support the team during her own foot injury. They make difficult medical conditions less clinical and more of a collaborative journey.
Dr. Colin McKay is an excellent Podiatrist and Wound Care doctor. He is very knowledgeable and best of all, he listens Dr. McKay has a great bedside manner and follows up if additional wound care is needed. I have recommended him to my friends and family members.
Great service with friendly staff. Doctor was knowledgeable and kind. Very patient with my questions and thorough teaching given. Highly recommend!
