Worst company to work with. We switched companies about 2yrs ago, Amerigas has still not picked up their tank. They wanted to charge us $200 to remove THEIR tank from my property. It is such a hazard and super dangerous as my kids along with neighbors all play in the yard. AMERIGAS come get your tank.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. We called them two times to set up a new service and twice, they told us that they would set up an account number. Currently, we have no heat in freezing weather and Amerigas customer service refuses to provide us with gas despite us offering a credit card number to charge to. We have young children in the house and Amerigas still claims they cannot offer us with gas although their negligence is the reason for our lack of gas. Terrible company with no humanity whatsoever.

Amerigas customer service is horrible. We have been a customer for 18 years and they treat us like we are doing them a favor by being a customer. The latest is the final straw. We will be switching to another company. I don't know how we have stayed with them so long. In the beginning they were relatively good. We were told that we would not have to pay a tank rental charge if we purchased gas every year. Customer service was terrible and could not answer simple questions. I was given a 1-800 number by their customer service agent that took me to an insurance sales line. I called back 2 additional times and my questions were never answered. Their company president should be aware or at least shown their reviews and make some changes in how they treat their customer or they will start losing them.

I have been trying to get them to pick up their tank from the side of my house for months. Every time I call I'm told I am on the schedule for this day and that day comes and goes and I still have a tank sitting on the side of my house killing my grass.

Ordered gas from Amerigas, charged me for 200gals. before they delivered any gas and an inspection fee. Told them to cancel my order.Had to call numerous times for a refund finally they sent me a check after I contacted my bank. Then about a month later they charged my credit card again for another $469.52. Said that they were not going to give a refund. Contacted my bank again. If you check their customer reviews it is 1.02 with 499 reviews.

Can’t even schedule an appointment for me to be added as a new customer. No lie, they told me they have no availability. Good grief
