From my personal experience I've never experienced better physical care. The office environment facilitates a calming and relaxing mood. Helen herself is a very intuitive person, knows when to listen and when to speak and inform you as her patient. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment online for Saturday at 1045. Acknowledged policy for no show etc I got a text reminder at 5:45 that my appointment is in 5 hours. And still, I am at this moment (1055) still standing outside a locked door. My time is also valuable. I think it is very poor business model to make appointments and not show up for clients. Dr. Helen, was nothing short of fantastic, the way she took care of my back problem in such a short period of time made it possible to get back to my regular routine. You won’t find anyone better, period.
