So far they've been very helpful and steps above our old management. Update: It's been close to a year and they've still been great. TRF has played an instrumental role in rehabbing our once failing condo association. I genuinely believe that we would have been in seriously dire straits by now if we didn't find them to help us pull ourselves back up as a community. I attempted to follow up on a resale certificate that has now taken over a month to process, despite being told it would be completed within 10 days. When I called to check on the status, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. I was yelled at, repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and ultimately hung up on.
