If there an option to leave negatives star for review I will definitely do that. Don’t ever do business with them. Unprofessional staff, they will hunt you down for any penny that you make.
TRF is incompetent. We have had multiple "Association Managers" with TRF and most of them are unresponsive and none of them last long. Toni Hahn, who is their "Operations Manager" is equally bad. They have on more than one occasion not paid various bills for our Condominium Association to the point where services were turned off for our community. They didn't own up to this till it was discovered by the HOA. They didn't back out the late fees incurred by utility companies as a result of TRF's making late payments until expre... read more
