These people are swindlers (e.g., plenty of examples of lying and under the table shady dealings). They have no customer service, but are quick to take your money. We've finally switched out of their management for HOA. Many times, they would charge us extra to plant trees claiming we're legally obligated to. Not sure why they only have less than 3 stars. I just completed the lease transaction with Rick and James and they are truly helpful. Easy to communicate, very professional, smooth transaction! I started speaking with Partners a few years ago. They have some HOA association clients from several years ago that reflect how unhappy they had been for having to pay an HOA fee. The majority of the company is actually property management. They manage commercial properties. It’s unfortunate and inaccurate what these old reviews say.
