They were horrible! They never knew who I was, did not stay up to date on my doctor’s visits or procedures. They always claimed that they did not receive any of my paperwork or medical files. A week before my court date they dropped me via a letter and did not have the courtesy to call me. And said you don’t have a case and you may not win so I do not want to waste my time.
