Treyson Brooks is a borderline unethical attorney with how he bills. He was hired by another attorney and proceeded to bill a flat fee per document. No written prior agreement, no discussion on the scope. No discussion of flat fees. He reviewed 9 deeds or deeds of trusts (several of which were identical, just the property description was changed) and he is trying to justify charging $250 per document.
