I would recommend this place to people I know. They were great. Their building was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall immediately when I walked in. It made me feel even more comfortable and secure that I was at a qualified place. They are one of the most respectful, attentive staffs I've ever seen anywhere. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Some examples of service !!! Had hip replacement ! Came in for PT !! Requested pain medicine for servere pain after PT. Ask for it @ 4:30 am. Rec'd @ 9:15 a.m. Always "very" late when asking for any medicine or for anything else needed. Was told I could have a private room and was told "no problem" ! No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they definitely weren't clean Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
