Phenomenal facility with Top Notch staff!
My mother was there approximately 35 days. I immediately bought to their attention that my mom couldn't hear her TV even with her hearing aid. I asked maintenance guy when we soon arrived and then repeatedly told every nurse and aid tending to her and also staff coordinator, but it fell on deaf ears! I could easily hear the other residents TV's all the way down the hall. They Never responded to our needs. I also asked them to keep her fresh water and ice at all times. How hard could this be? Often visited a friend there who had devestating family conflict. Her care was superlative, and the family drama was handled professionally and compassionately. She died there with dignity and love.
I currently work there it is a peaceful and pleasant work environment and most of all I truly love the residents. They are one of the main reasons why I continue to work there.
