This was my second home purchase and first home sell. Easy to say that is not an easy task to entrust someone with. I picked Trevor out of the over 6000 agents in Idaho simply because he will do what you would have done if you were the agent. After the sudden passing of my mom, we found ourselves responsible for cleaning up and selling her house. We were so fortunate to have Trevor's help throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help make a very difficult situation lighter and run smoothly. We are so grateful to him and would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he really cares about his clients and it shows!

Trevor is a fantastic realtor! We use him for buying a new home and selling our old house. He went above and beyond making sure everything was just right and we were happy with our move. Trevor is the man! Very diligent, very thorough. His sometimes long-ish emails and texts were great, my gf said, wow no wonder you like him, he’s like you Trevor was even there on move in day and helped unload my trailer.
