Dr. Cox is a very caring, knowledgeable, compassionate physician. Down to earth, easy to talk to and there for us. He took such wonderful care of my husband. He and his team are top notch.

I previously had positive experiences with Dr. Cox, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I arrived 6 minutes late to my appointment due to an emergency at home involving my dog. While on my way, I repeatedly attempted to call the office to notify them that I would be slightly late, but I remained on hold the entire time and no one answered.
