As a supervisor of a medical practice, I can say that if we enforced a policy like this, we would likely lose half our patients. I had an appointment with Dr. Cox’s office and arrived only 7 minutes late, yet my appointment was canceled instead of allowing me to be seen. I had taken a day off work specifically for this visit, so it was incredibly frustrating to lose an entire day’s pay and time over such a short delay. Dr. Cox is a very caring, knowledgeable, compassionate physician. Down to earth, easy to talk to and there for us. He took such wonderful care of my husband. He and his team are top notch.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Cox and his assistant Erin for the first time I am so happy that I have found him for a family doctor he is wonderful compassionate very knowledgeable caring kind and Erin is also very kind caring competent knowledgeable they are both fantastic they make one heck of a medical team millennium should be honored to have both of these fine people on their team they are the best I have encountered they are a true asset to the millennium group we definitely need more medical professionals like thes... read more

I previously had positive experiences with Dr. Cox, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I arrived 6 minutes late to my appointment due to an emergency at home involving my dog. While on my way, I repeatedly attempted to call the office to notify them that I would be slightly late, but I remained on hold the entire time and no one answered.
