I previously had positive experiences with Dr. Cox, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I arrived 6 minutes late to my appointment due to an emergency at home involving my dog. While on my way, I repeatedly attempted to call the office to notify them that I would be slightly late, but I remained on hold the entire time and no one answered. The best doctor you will ever meet
Dont miss any appoinments for whatever reason (son had surgery and spouse was sick) or he will cut you as a patient. I called to reschedule in due time both times yet i show up today and wait till 28 mins after my appoinment scheduled time to be told he will not see me anymore. No contact of any sort to fill me in that I no longer have a primary. SMH
