Dr. doesn’t give his patients anytime to talk to him. Getting staff to answer the phone is impossible. Talk to office manager and she hung up on me. Not professional.
I have had so much trouble with some of the staff. The medication person has literally hung up on me and won't even allow me to speak without cutting me off. The front end staff, Dr. Trevino are all great. The manager will say one thing and not deliver. I have to go on vacation and though my med is due on the 6th she will absolutely not help me. I'm beyond frustrated. It's difficult to get through, the phone just rings and things. I am weary and should seek out another facility. Sadly because I really do like Dr. Trevino.
Schedules appointments for 8 am and has not shown up to work at 9:40! If you value your time don’t come here
I know people think the wait is long. I do also, but the time he spends with me, his friendly nature, and the help he provides for me are oh so worth it. Just go in expecting the wait. I love his staff also!!
Dr Trevino is NOT a pain management doctor! He does NOT manage pain!!! All he does is recommend injections! That is useless to the majority of pain patients! Don't waste your time.
Was scheduled to be the first patient of the day at 8:00, I was the first seen, at 9:00 because he had commitments at the hospital during my appointment time. Of the 14 visits, he has been on time once. Average wait time is 1-1/2 -3 hours for a five min procedure. I'm very dissatisfied with him and his over booking staff.
Totally satisfied with my program with Dr Trevino he is a physician who is interested in his patients care and opinions and takes the time to discuss all possible remedies to chronic pain after 7 years with a substandard pain doctor I've transferred to dr. Trevino and AM totally amazed at how well his staff work together and provide the needed information I'm no longer concerned about not taking the proper medication he has explained everything to me and help me make an educated decision towards
