Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not Really Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care.
